法国一成核电厂被曝或存在缺陷 引发安全使用核能讨论

 

  据俄罗斯卫星网19日报道,自2011年日本福岛核电站事故导致附近的陆地和海洋受到污染以来,大多数欧洲国家采取措施减少本国核电站的使用。法国最大的电力供应商法国电力公司近日透露,法国仍在运行的核反应堆中,有6座(约占总数的10%)使用的部件存在"制造缺陷"。目前在其中16台蒸汽发电机中发现了异常。与此同时,这一公司表示这个问题并不紧迫,不需要立即采取行动。

  该报告与法国正在进行的反应堆检查计划结果相一致。此前,法国勒克鲁索特锻造公司在2016年生产的钢铁中发现碳含量异常的问题,导致这种金属比往常更脆弱。这些检查导致许多反应堆暂时停运,导致法国需要进口能源来填补电力缺口,法国和邻近各州的能源价格都出现飙升。一些欧洲国家已经宣布计划将完全停止使用核能,逐步关闭现有的核电站。许多国家在2011年日本福岛核电站发生核灾难后,停止新建核电站。比利时、瑞士和德国这三个国家计划最终转向可再生能源,同时在过渡时期使用天然气作为电力来源。然而,尽管法国最初考虑了这一选择,但还是决定保留其核电厂的运转。尽管如此,巴黎还是决定到2035年将核能在全国能源生产中的比重从70%以上,降低到50%。
